But you can still get the exemption in your next property. Since now the RPGT is still low, paying it might be better. In future, if RPGT increase, then you can use the exemption for your next property.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for your remaining balance of your 10%, you should get it when you sign the S&amp;amp;P. If you haven&amp;#39;t get it, it is very weird unless you have agreement not getting it with your buyer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lawyer fee must be paid. Example is property around rm300k, your s&amp;amp;p lawyer fees around rm1000. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CHarging interest to buyer must depend on your S&amp;amp;P. If your lawyer prepare S&amp;amp;P that side with your buyer, probably your S&amp;amp;P might not include clause to charge interest. But please consult proper lawyer about your S&amp;amp;P or you can try to read your S&amp;amp;P properly whether there&amp;#39;s a clause in it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My statement above is based on your short information. Should I pay for these fee as well? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The transaction has been taken more than 6 months, can I charge the interest to the buyer?
