Malaysia is hopeless

Something is really wrong with Malaysia, my birth country. As a matter of fact, it has been wrong ever since racism started to show its full force during May 13, 1969. But March 08, 2008 give me some hope.

But today, Feb 05, 2009, I feel hopeless again. BN who is federal government of Malaysia, wrestled away the Perak state, which is governed by PR (Opposition party), in unconstitutional way by getting two corrupted elected member of state parliament to cross over. And also by getting a traitor woman from DAP. The most dirty one is Nasaruddin who jump to PR (maybe to entice PR member to jump to BN) and then jump back to BN.

I don't mind they jump. At least, PR know who is traitor now. But during the process, parties that should be unbias, are helping BN to get his way. For a starter, Election Committee whose job is to conduct election actually act out of its power to deny a by-election after a vacant seat is declared by Perak State Assembly Speaker. This is ultra-vires towards the state constitution.

And today, the Sultan sided BN to deny PR a change for re-election by disagree to dissolve State Assembly. All this is so coincidence. From this, I can see BN in general, or UMNO is particular are really playing a very dirty politics. I can't fanthom what future we'll have if Najib become Malaysia's Prime Minister. My leg trembled just to have that thought.
