Another vroom vroom in 1 day?

I can't believe my luck (or the lack of it?) for seeing two racing in 1 day. First is from our Prime Minister. And now, from our future Prime Minister:

Najib hails contribution of Malaysian Chinese

What the hell do we need to differentiate between Chinese, Malay and Indian? By saying the above, does that means other race is not important?

To me, Barisan Nasional just love to touch on racing. Since they are the one who build Sepang for F1 racing. Only Pakatan Rakyat talk about Rakyat Supremacy!

All hail Rakyat Supremacy!!!

Malaysia is land of race. Vroom vroom...

So many racing in Malaysia beside the world famous F1 race. Checking the date today. 31st March 2009. Malaysia gained independence in 31st August 1957 officially. That's like 52 years ago. And what is in today's newspaper regarding comment from Malaysia's Prime Minister?

The title of the news is:

PM: Malays started fight for independence

http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2009/3/31/nation/3595091&sec=nation

I mean omg, we've been independence for so long and we're now fighting over which race that fight for independence?

All I want to say is, my heart breaks to read this title and I hope that Barisan Nasional will lose the government and Pakatan Rakyat take over the government. Else, we're just racing every other day. Vroom vroom.....

P/S: Race F1 la, dun be racist!!!

Penang home : Relau Vista

Today I went to Relau Vista to view the available unit for sale at almost developer price (that's what is told to me by the property agent). Around RM156,000 for 25th floor facing town and sea. Quite nice the view. But unfortunately, the building itself is deplorable. Even though its just OC for a few months, but I see crack everywhere at 30th floor (top most floor). And in 13th floor, I see water leakage at the corridor. This show how shoddy the workmanship is. Also, the corridor is a bit dark for lower floor. The layout of room also leave a lot to desire. The room is facing the living room which I think is a bit low cost in design. When I walk the corridor, I feel like walking along RM50,000 apartment. A stark contrast to Gambier Heights. The swimming pool also a bit small. So the good point is just the view is not bad and the car park is enough. But overall, the price is just not worth it.

Advertisement in 1984 goes a long way

As Transformers fan, we all know that Transformers cartoon is actually half hour advertisement for kids to buy toys. The show actually start to appear in 1984. But if we to check who is the buyer of Transformers toys now (especially G1), you'll see that a lot of them around my age. That means, Hasbro toys in 1984 goes a long way until now. They don't even need to advertise it anymore. Just advertise it in 1984. Hopefully our parents (who is rich) can buy it. If unfortunately our parent is not well to do, we'll wait until we're able to afford it and buy it now. Even those rich kids will still buy it today if their Transformers already broken into few pieces. Now that's what I called great advertisement. Maybe I should start thinking of what to sell to the kids and reap the benefit now and 25 years later :P .

P/S: Transformers now is in 25th Anniversary.
