Another way to enrich cronies

The next time a criminal being jailed, he/she can try to offer bribe to get himself/herself out of jailed using the parole system. Of course I don't hope this will happen or else we'll see rapist and murderer on the street. Before this is implemented, make sure there's not loopholes for bribery or kickbacks or this will be another way to enrich the cronies.

Parole system from next year

PENANG: The parole system will be introduced next year to reduce the maintenance cost of prisoners, which runs up to more than RM426mil annually.
